RESERVATION POLICIES

ADDITION INFORMATION

Making a reservation for any of our group packages means
you accept our Terms and Conditions.

All payments to Oasis HRL Travel Tours are refundable depending on where you are in the payment process will determine the percentage you are refunded.

You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.  Missing your vacation is bad, but losing your money is worst.  It is advisable to get enough travel insurance to cover the cost of your vacation package.

Reservation must be made with your full name as it appears on your passport.  If you enter your name incorrectly and have to make a change, it could result in a name change fee.

Airline seat assignments are based on seat availability.

These are your payment options, pay in Full, either with your
online account or mail-in.  Make 9 monthly payments via your online account with us or mail in.

If you chose our monthly payment plan. monthly payments are required, to keep the reservation up to date.

If you fall behind on your monthly payments, notify Oasis HRL Travel & Tours LLC as soon as possible to avoid cancellation.  
 


 
Airlines- Oasis HRL Travel & Tours is not responsible for the policies and services provided by any Airline.  Airlines schedules and flights are subject to change without notice.  Oasis HRL is also not responsible for any penalties that may be incurred from Airline tickets, domestic or international.  Once Oasis HRL makes the full payment on airline tickets the airline ticket will be non-refundable.  All airline seats on group flights are assigned based on availability.  Oasis HRL is not responsible for any changes or charges incurred by the airline.

Sightseeing-  Vehicle sizes are determined by the size of the group.  You can be traveling with a group of 10 or more people or only with your own companion.  In any case, you will receive the same service no matter the size of the group.  It is important that you show up on time for a scheduled sightseeing tour, being late will be considered as a cancellation.  Some of the sightseeing sites require a lot of walking and the temperature can get really hot midday in December.  So all sightseeing tours may not be suitable for people with medical conditions and or people with disabilities.  

Passports and visas- Each person is responsible for obtaining a passport and each person is responsible for making sure their passport has at least 6 months of travel time left before expiring.

Oasis HRL provides visa services if you need assistance getting your visa to enter a country.

It is recommended that you visit a travel clinic for travel medicine requirements for each country.
